Payment Policy
Fee structures — either individual sessions or packages of up to twelve (12) — are disclosed during the complimentary consultation. Payment is due in full at the time of booking through Calendly and processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe applies its standard processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction (as of 2025), which is added automatically and is non-refundable, regardless of outcome. All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Dauntless Financial Coaching USA does not collect, store, or process payment information and acts solely as a facilitator for booking and service delivery. We disclaim all liability for any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to transaction errors, delays, failures, unauthorized charges, security incidents, chargebacks, disputes, or any losses arising from the use of Stripe's services. Any such matters are governed solely by Stripe's terms of service and policies. You agree to resolve any payment-related claims directly with Stripe or your financial institution. Dauntless Financial Coaching USA is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the coaching services, payments made, or decisions based on the coaching process. All payments are final except as expressly provided in our cancellation or termination policies.
Cancellation Policy
Session cancellations or rescheduling require forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice results in full charge for the session. Packages adhere to the same standard: only confirmed, attended sessions are deducted from your balance.
General Policies
Upon mutual agreement following the complimentary consultation, a Coaching Agreement is signed, effective immediately. This agreement remains in force until either party terminates the relationship. All sessions are forty-five (45) minutes in length. Arrival more than five (5) minutes late constitutes a no-show, incurring the full fee. Communication between sessions is restricted to business email or phone and limited to confirmations and essential clarifications. In-person sessions, if arranged, occur solely in public venues. Travel fees are: $30.00 for distances under twenty (20) miles from Folsom, California; $0.70 per mile for distances between twenty (20) and fifty (50) miles. Sessions beyond fifty (50) miles are not offered. The coach retains the right to end services at any time; unused prepaid sessions are refunded via Stripe (or designated payment processor) within forty-eight (48) hours. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Clients are not permitted to record any portion of the session. The services provided by Dauntless Financial Coaching USA are for educational, motivational, and coaching purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding any specific results, outcomes, or financial benefits from the coaching. All decisions, actions, and their consequences are solely your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dauntless Financial Coaching USA, its coaches, employees, and owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the coaching services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services directly giving rise to the claim.
